NPC movement in interphase. Time-lapse sequence of a NRK cell expressing
POM121-EGFP3 transiently. A total of 700 confocal sections of field
width half maximum 0.8 µm were acquired every 2 s for 30 min on an UltraView
real-time confocal microscope. The sequence was averaged with a running window
of five frames. Time, h:mm:ss. Still frames are displayed in Fig. 4 A.
