A time-lapse scanning confocal microscopy movie showing a single optical section
of the AB (left) and P1 (right) blastomeres of a wild-type two-cell
embryo. Chromosomes were fluorescent by virtue of GFP::histone expression. Images
were collected at 3-s intervals and are presented at eight frames per second.
