Figure S1. Myo10 knockdown inhibited BMP6-directed migration of cells pretreated by BMP6 and VEGF but not by S1P and FGF2. (A) MECs were transfected with GFP-Myo10 siRNA2 or control siRNA and were pretreated with BMP6 for 4 h (B), VEGF for 4 h (V), a combination of BMP6 and VEGF for 4 h (B/V), VEGF first for 2 h and then BMP6 for another 2 h (V-B), or BMP6 first for 2 h and then VEGF for another 2 h (B-V). MECs were then trypsinized for the Boyden chamber assay with the BMP6 in the lower wells.
