[HELP with Viewing Videos]

Video 1
Cilengitide promotes a rapid/random mode of cell migration that is opposed by expression of dominant-negative RCP. Cells were transfected with GFP-RCPwt and allowed to grow to confluence. Confluent monolayers were wounded with a plastic pipette tip and the cells were allowed to migrate into the wound in the absence of 1 ┬ÁM cilengitide. The cells were observed by time-lapse video microscopy and images were captured at four frames per hour over a period of 12 h, and the video was generated from these. The video plays at nine frames per second.
