  • The percentage of v-cells expressing either flipped VAMP2, GPI-VAMP22-92, or GPI-VAMP22-84 and t-cells expressing either flipped Syntaxin, GPI-Syntaxin186-265, or GPI-Syntaxin186-256 with or without flipped SNAP-25 in contact that underwent complete fusion (F) or lipid mixing alone (LM) were determined using the assay described in Fig. 1 B.
